FAQ

What is an Escape Room?

An escape room is a live-action adventure game where you and your team search for clues, solve puzzles, and work toward a goal—all within 60 minutes. Think of it as stepping into a story where you are the main characters.

Am I paired with strangers?

Nope! All of our rooms are 100% private.
When you book, the room is just for your group—no awkward team-ups with strangers.

Which Room Should I Choose?

If it’s your first time, we usually recommend Rocky Mountain Zephyr.

If you’ve played a few rooms before, Strike It Rich or Nightingale are great next steps.

Looking for a real challenge? The Lighthouse and Back to the Diner are our toughest rooms.

No matter which room you choose, you get unlimited hints.

Who is it for?
  • Friends and families looking for something fun and different

  • Couples on a unique date night

  • Coworkers doing team building

  • Birthday parties and celebrations

  • Anyone who enjoys puzzles, mysteries, or challenges

How many people should I bring?

We recommend 2–6 players per room for the best experience.
Larger groups can book multiple rooms and play at the same time.

How much does it cost?
  • Standard rooms: $36 per person

  • Puzzle Pirates: $28 per child

  • Minimum booking: 2 participants

How long does it take?

The escape room itself lasts 60 minutes. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your scheduled start time so everyone has time to get settled and receive instructions.

When can I come?

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri & Sat: 11am - 9pm

Sun: 1pm - 9pm

Wed: By Appointment

Reservations are required.  Please call (303) 396-7359 or book online.

What ages are your rooms for?
  • Most rooms are designed for teens and adults

  • Younger kids are welcome with adults

  • Our Puzzle Pirates room is specially designed for kids (1st–5th grade)

Can I play solo?

Yes! You're welcome to take on a room by yourself. Our booking system requires a minimum booking of two participants, so you'll need to book and pay for two spots even if only one person plays.

Just keep in mind:
Our rooms are designed for teamwork, so there may be a few puzzles where having a second set of hands (or eyes!) is helpful. If you enjoy a challenge, though, going solo can be a really fun experience.

What kinds of puzzles are there?

Every room is different, but you can expect a mix of:

  • Logic and pattern puzzles

  • Word and code-breaking challenges

  • Hands-on interactive elements

  • Observation and “find the hidden clue” moments

No special knowledge is required—just curiosity and teamwork!

What happens if we don't escape?

Don't worry! The goal is to have fun, not to pass a test. Your Game Master can provide unlimited hints along the way, and you'll get to see how the room's puzzles come together whether you escape or not.

Do you have any tips for success?

Absolutely! Here are a few pro tips:

  • Communicate everything you find

  • Search thoroughly—details matter

  • Divide and conquer (don’t all work on the same thing)

  • Stay organized—keep track of clues you’ve used

  • And most importantly… have fun!
